Calorized coated lance pipe
Calorized coated lance pipe (PS series), the PS series is composed of five layers as steel pipe,calorizing inside and outside,coating inside and outside , and developed by the S series of products. It combines the actual need of steel-making in EAF , easily operate, less consumption, high refractoriness. It is an agglomeration of general coating oxygen pipe and calorized oxygen lance pipe, and mainly used for blowing oxygen/carbon in EAF, And Calorized refractory oxygen lance pipe are coated with refractory/ceramic on the outside and inside pipes.
The Calorized refractory oxygen lance pipe is an heat treatment processibility for pipe in steel-making, except general Degreasing,Pickling,rinse,flux,stoving,Hot dip aluminum liquid,it is also a technics of hot dip Aluminium and Diffusion to achieve a coating thickness greater than 0.2 mm, then gas testing,wired,Phosphoric acid rinse and recoated ,the coating has special formula.Its various characteristics as below:
1,Excellent Refractoriness: resistance against heat, erosion and spalling
2,Speedy De-Carburization: because of longer life and superior heat resistance. There is no decease in its strength and pipe remains straight resulting in optimum metal oxygen interaction
3,Greater Efficiency: of reaction with oxygen, pipes can be inserted in liquid metals with / without bending which avoids bubbling of oxygen near surface of metal or slag
4,Cost Reduction: considering above advantages, various saving can be expected as electric power, decrease in consumption of electrodes, lower melting time, saving in cost of pipes
