  High temperature thermocouple   use and works

Thermocouples used to measure the temperature of the molten steel and high temperature molten metal, is a one time consumptiontype thermocouple. Its working principle is based on the metal thermoelectric effect, the use of a thermocouple at both ends of the temperature difference between the electric measurement of molten steel and high temperature of molten metal.

The structure

The use of methods

1, according to the measurement object and scope, select the appropriate protection for the length of the paper tube and the applicable temperature gun.

Thermocouple into the molten steel depth 300-400mm is appropriate, when measured not measured on the furnace wall or the scum, so that: fast, stable, accurate, and should be immediately put the gun when the secondary instrument results, fast thermocouple in the molten steel in the soaking time shall not be more than five seconds, or easy to burn the temperature gun.
